DescriptionWhy make other verification than just :

indicating 'certificate_digest_with_other_algorithm'
and containing header_fields['its_aid']
        indicating 'AID_CAM'

Apparently regarding 103 097-2 no valid CAM messages can have this
signer.type value, so any message containing this as to be discarded
no matter the rest.
