DescriptionIn TST #29 we discussed the fact that since MANO is introduced as an SUT, it might make sense in some cases to have a SUT that includes both NFVI and VIM.

Additional InformationWe don't necessarily need to add full description of how to test this SUT as this is a late contribution.
