Done, with the exception of one note regarding scale up/down of Network services. The Note had requested clarification from IFA on whether NS lifecycle was expanded in Phase 2 to include Scale Up/Down. I sent note to Raquel and have not received response yet. Will monitor for reesponses and fix document if needed. Dont expect this to be a blocking issue
