Summary0006963: Mismatch between MAC Address and GeoNet address
DescriptionBug in ATS/TestAdapter: startNeighbour() is done with MTC=NodeB, so, setLinkLayerAddress is set to NodeB.
In f_TP_GEONW_PON_LOT_BV_03_pre_2(), the f_sendGeoNetMessage() is done with NodeA but in the TA, the linkLayer of NodeB is used, so there is a mismatch between MAC Address and GeoNet address
