0006842: Rule for anyType shall not be a comment
In the section 6.8, there's the following sentence: "while anyType is translated into XML content opaque to the codec". This sentence constitutes a rule for handling the XSD anyType and as such, it shall not be a comment in the example, but a part of the section text.
