Summary0006797: Meaning of totalDigits facet has been changed in XSD
DescriptionIn XSD Part2:2004 the totalDigits facet, for decimal values, is not limiting the literal number of digits any more, but the value space of the given element (i.e. leading and trailing zeros, excessing the number defined by totalDigits, are allowed.

Clause 6.1.11 shall be reworded accordingly.
