DescriptionIt is not clear how an application can manage push or pull mode.

The push/pull modes have a different meaning in networking/telecom than what is explained here. this makes it ambiguous.

As this is highly implementation specific, it is recommended to delete this paragraph.

actually I have received already a comment asking to enrich this recommendation which i think not necessary due to implementation specific. Therefore, i think we should keep it as it is now. in any case, this is informative part.

Further discussion that we should add in 5.3.1.4 a tbale defiening the format of the primitive (=DENM)

Then we shoudl create a new chapter called 'Registration of Application to DEN service' where we describe
1) to set the filter criteria (only DENMs mathcin a criteria will eb sent to appliaction)
2) to register in push mode (receiving ind from DEN service) or pull mode (req and confirm)

add table in chapter 5.3.1.4 for data being passed (DENM in whole or in part).

add one sub clause 5.3.1.5 for methods for data exchanges via interface, giving example of push and pull. add note to indicate that no standards are required for the implementation of the interfaces.
