DescriptionMAny Optional TaggedValue parameter are not objectively related to a possible "signal". For instance occupancy. Furthermore, the base standard does not specify the usage of these optional values.
Having defined PICS for these optional values, we might only and simply check that when the PICS indicates these optional are supported, the corresponding TaggedValue is then sent in the CAM message.

Note the absence of the TaggedValue shall not be checked, this would corresponds to checking the PICS (ie. when the PICS is set to "false", we shall not check that the TaggedValue is not included. Being optional, it can be included!)

Thus I would like the corresponding TPS to be rewritten, and as applicable removed.

FFI-JCW: looks like if PICS is true then we check for presence of the TaggedValue.

Need to check if any other requirement leads to include or not the TaggedValue.

It seems correct to NOT check the absence of the TaggedValue. Make the necessary changes (= delete them).

For the completion, I'd like to mention that after clarification with Miro, the absence of the SITUATIONAL tagged values shall be checked. as this is already done now changes needed.
