Summary0005529: TS102637-2 v1.0.4 / chapter 5.1: manufacturer objectives and system objectives seem to be set oppositely
DescriptionSection 5.1 elaborates on the minimum CAM frequency per use case, from the point of view of minimizing wireless congestion while meeting functional requirements.
However since maximum CAM frequency of 10 Hz is allowed for ALL use cases, the manufacturers' objective of designing a simplest conformant system is met by fixing CAM frequency to a constant value of 10 Hz. This contradiction negates the meaning of all the elaboration in section 5.1.

The paragraph below table 1 defines rules which allow for "min time interval = 0.1" which means max freq of 10 Hz for all UCs (Slow Vehicle Indication etc)
