| Summary | 0005440: whiteSpace attribute shall allow sending any whitespaces |
| Description | Currently part-9 requires that if the whiteSpace atribute applied, the encoder normalizes the content before sending. This restricts the test tool's capabilities. The whiteSpace attribute shall have no effect at sending, thus allowing the tester sending XML content with different whitespaces to the SUT. |
