| Summary | 0004076: TTCN-3 supports lower case hex digits |
| Description | Clause 6.2.10 Hexadecimal binary contains the following sentence:
"A translation has to be aware of the fact that XSD hexBinary allows for the usage of lowercase letters (a, b, c, d, e, and f) for specification of values. These need to be converted to upper case for TTCN-3."
According to clause 6.1.1 of Part-1, TTCN-3 supports both lower and upper case hexadecimal digits, hence the above requirements is superfluous. The above sentence should be deleted. |
