RQ_003_4055 and RQ_003_4056 have been combined into RQ_003_4055. RQ_003_4056 has been deleted. Within the requirement it is irrelevant whether the MTU was set statically or dynamically so the reference to 1500 octets has been removed (that is covere in other requirements on clause 3.2.1). The new requirement text is as follows:

"An IPv6 node using tunneling mechanisms to transmit and receive IPv4 packets MUST be capable of receiving packets on the tunnel interface which are at least the largest MTU set on any of its IPv6 interfaces in length."
